Shangri-La Shenzhen - Nearby Luohu Border, Outdoor Swimming Pool

The best was the staff and the atmosphere. Going into the hotel after negotiating the urban jungle in Shenzhen was a heavenly moment. Everyone did their absolute best to accommodate us, and we gladly upgraded to the Horizon club. It was a bit crowded a couple of times, but this is not something the staff can do anything about. I would certainly recommend it, this hotel would be my choice for next time too. And yes, the swimming pool outside (and the Jacuzzi inside) were top.

The hotel is situated just next to Shenzhen Railway station and metro station. Very convenient to travel around. Although the rooms look abit dated but it is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet has a good mix of both local and international spread. The staffs are very courteous and helpful especially Mr. Bill, Mr. Rock and Alan. They

The concierge and the door staff are very attentive and friendly. When we walked into the lobby, we are greeted with the fragrant lingering in the lobby that was very refreshing and welcoming. The concierge staff took our luggages and show us where to check-in. Winter was the staff checking us in and he was very helpful and making us feel like VIP. The check in process in smooth and easy. Our luggages were arrived up to our room the next instant when we are in our room. We stayed at Shangri-La for 3 nights. These 3 nights are amazing. The house keepers are very attentive and the hygiene is kept to a high standard as usual and we felt at home. On the day of check out, the Guest Service Manager, Rock Liu is so helpful as he make sure that we get can a taxi to drive us up to the Luo Wu-Hong Kong custom immigration even it was a very short distance from the hotel. He make sure that we are well taken care of as some taxi drivers may not be happy to do that for a very short distance and told the taxi driver that my wife had a sore back and will be hard to handle her luggage up to the custom check on. Well done to Rock and all the staff in Shangri-La!! We will be back again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and my experience was nothing short of excellent. The facilities were great and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel had a pleasant aroma, which added to the overall positive experience. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to both the metro station and train station, which made it easy for me to get around the city. The internet was fast, and I had no trouble accessing any social media sites or other websites. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. They were knowledgeable about the local area and gave great recommendations for places to visit and eat. Although I didn't have the chance to try the breakfast, I heard from other guests that it was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Overall, I found this hotel to be of great value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

Hotel is beautiful and rooms are nice and clean. Front desk clerk Kyle was very helpful and curious when we checked in. He explained all the details and locations of the hotel amenities made our trip very pleasant and easy to explore what the hotel offers. Definitely is our top choice of hotel when we visit again :D
